Redefining the Service Experience

How do you take something as unglamorous as routine car maintenance and make it feel luxe? It took a complete redesign, a week-long photoshoot with Anton Watts, and some commissioned work by artists Kai & Sunny.

Since car maintenance is often tied in with the change in seasons, we emphasized this with the development of Lincoln Seasonal Service. Floral motifs in the spring and autumn leaves in the fall paired with simple, elegant design. Dealership displays became a gallery of curated photography and art, creating an elevated experience all around.
