The client for this development just north of Michigan State’s campus sought to redefine the neighborhood’s outdated reputation by portraying a modern, exciting, and active lifestyle for students seeking the highest level of off-campus housing.

The project was an opportunity to not only brand this specific development, but also the greater neighborhood, establishing a vibrant culture that could act as a springboard for future development in the area.
